Overview Hello, My name is Robin, and I'm a recruitment and business development consultant at FED IT, a recruitment firm specialized in IT. I handle two types of recruitment: temporary and permanent. All our recruitment consultants are IT experts who speak your language and operate in your world. We cover roles in IT, including development, business intelligence, and infrastructure. Responsibilities Provide high-quality technical support to North and South American customers and partners, including onboarding, training, and personalized follow-up. Manage tickets: prioritization, resolution, detailed analysis, and lab-based scenario reproduction. Collaborate with technical teams to set up test environments and efficiently resolve complex issues. Handle customer escalations with a calm, fact-based, and solution-oriented approach. Represent the client at trade shows and on-site meetings with clients and partners. Qualifications Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent. Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar IT role. Strong technical expertise: API, networks, MS Windows Server, MS Azure, SQL. Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage stakeholders effectively. Excellent problem-solving skills. Fluency in English (spoken and written); other languages are an asset.
