Applications with a pattern of frequent job changes may not align with the values we prioritize.Your MissionWe are seeking an experienced Email Developer to join our Marketing CRM program, supporting Go-to- Market, Operations, and Production Hub teams. This role will focus on building, maintaining, and optimizing email campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), ensuring best practices and operational excellence across our U.S. and International instances.The Email Developer will work closely with Marketing, Operations, and Production Hub teams to deliver high-quality email experiences. They will be responsible for developing and customizing emails, maintaining the Email Design System, and providing operational support for SFMC engineering teams.What You’ll DoManage and customize emails using SFMC Email Builder, Content Builder, and Journey Builder.Implement dynamic content using AMPscript, HTML/CSS, and responsive design principles.Maintain and enhance the Email Design System, including reusable components and content blocks.Provide campaign support and triage for the SFMC engineering team.Troubleshoot and resolve email or content block issues in collaboration with end users, operations, and agency teams.Conduct QA testing for email campaigns and components to ensure accuracy and functionality.Ensure adherence to email best practices, accessibility standards, and compliance requirements.What You BringHands-on experience with SFMC Email Builder, Content Builder, Journey Builder, and AMPscript.Strong understanding of HTML/CSS for email development and responsive design.Familiarity with customizing drag-and-drop components and managing content blocks.Ability to diagnose and fix email rendering issues and bugs.Experience with QA processes and troubleshooting across multiple SFMC instances.Deep understanding of email marketing best practices, deliverability, and personalization strategies.What We OfferAt Newpage, we’re building a company that works smart and grows with agility—where driven individuals come together to do work that matters.
