We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Retail Store Supervisor to oversee daily store operations and ensure a high standard of customer service and team performance in our jewellery retail enviroment.Key Responsibnilities Supervise and support retail staff, including sales assocaites and trainees Assign duties and schedules to ensure smooth daily operationsHire and train and guide team member to meet sales and service goalsMonitor sales performance and conduct performance reviewsAuthorize payments, merchandise returns, and handle cash managementOrganize and maintain store inventory and merchandising displaysOversee product displays for booth permanent and promotional collectionsResolve customer inquiries, complaints, and operational issues promptlyPrepare reports on sales performance, staffing, and merchandising activitiesManage payroll administration and office operationsEnsure compliance with company policies and maintain store standardsSupervisionResponsible for supervising 5-10 employeesQualificationsProven experience in retail supervision or management (jewellery or luxury retail experience in an asset)Strong Leadership, communication, and interpersonal skillsExcellent organizational and problem-solving abilities Proficient in handling cash, reports, and inventory systemslanguage skills: Profciency in English is required, knowledge of Cantonses or Mandarin is an assetFlexible to work weekends, evenings and holidays as neededHigh school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is preferredSchedule：30-44 hours/ weekSalary: $36.5-37.5
