They’re looking for a Creative Technologist to lead R&D, shape interactive ideas, and build the kind of experiences people can’t stop talking about.ResponsibilitiesPartner with creative, design & production teams to bring bold ideas to lifePrototype and develop interactive experiences using tools like Three.js, Unity, Unreal, WebGL, and generative AIExplore emerging tech — AI/ML, AR/VR, spatial computing, computer vision, voice interfaces, IoTTranslate creative concepts into scalable technical solutions and lead implementationBuild internal tools, frameworks, and reusable components that accelerate innovationGuide teams on what’s technically possible, and inspire new ways to use technology creativelyQualifications5–8 years’ experience in creative technology, innovation, or interactive developmentRequired SkillsStrong coding & prototyping skills (JavaScript, Python, C#, etc.)Hands-on experience with real-time engines and web frameworks (Unity, Unreal, Three.js, React, WebXR)Familiarity with AI creative tools (ComfyUI, Runway, Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, OpenAI APIs)Strong UX and human-centred design sensibilityExcellent communication skills and a portfolio that blends creativity, interactivity, and technical craftPreferred SkillsExperience with sensors, IoT, or generative artKnowledge of 3D workflows (Blender, Houdini, Cinema4D)Background in experiential design or digital productionIf you live at the intersection of creativity and technology — and you love building experiences that make people say “how did they do that?” — we’d love to meet you.
