About the Role
Are you a technologist who thinks like a designer — someone who prototypes ideas before most people can describe them? Our client is a next-generation creative technology media studio that blends art, code, and engineering to build immersive digital and live experiences for world-class brands. They’re looking for a Creative Technologist to lead R&D, shape interactive ideas, and build the kind of experiences people can’t stop talking about.
Responsibilities
- Partner with creative, design & production teams to bring bold ideas to life
- Prototype and develop interactive experiences using tools like Three.js, Unity, Unreal, WebGL, and generative AI
- Explore emerging tech — AI/ML, AR/VR, spatial computing, computer vision, voice interfaces, IoT
- Translate creative concepts into scalable technical solutions and lead implementation
- Build internal tools, frameworks, and reusable components that accelerate innovation
- Guide teams on what’s technically possible, and inspire new ways to use technology creatively
Qualifications
- 5–8 years’ experience in creative technology, innovation, or interactive development
Required Skills
- Strong coding & prototyping skills (JavaScript, Python, C#, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with real-time engines and web frameworks (Unity, Unreal, Three.js, React, WebXR)
- Familiarity with AI creative tools (ComfyUI, Runway, Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, OpenAI APIs)
- Strong UX and human-centred design sensibility
- Excellent communication skills and a portfolio that blends creativity, interactivity, and technical craft
Preferred Skills
- Experience with sensors, IoT, or generative art
- Knowledge of 3D workflows (Blender, Houdini, Cinema4D)
- Background in experiential design or digital production
