The role also involves strategy development, business development, regulatory compliance, and fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.QualificationsProven leadership and management skills, with experience in overseeing teams and processes in food production or a related industryKnowledge of operational efficiency, budgeting, and performance managementUnderstanding of regulatory compliance and safety standards within the food manufacturing sectorStrong problem-solving, decision-making, and strategic planning abilitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage staff and liaise with stakeholdersExperience with supply chain management and optimizing production workflowsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferredPrior experience in the food production or manufacturing industry will be considered an asset
