Our client is a nationally recognized Canadian organization known for delivering high-impact events, training, and development programs coast to coast. They’re looking for a bilingual (French/English) events professional who is organized, resourceful, and thrives on creating exceptional experiences. The Job
As a key member of the events team, you’ll play a hands-on role in bringing professional programs and meaningful member experiences to life. You will:
- Plan and execute a range of in-person and virtual events from start to finish
- Coordinate logistics, vendors, budgets, timelines, and production details
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure an exceptional experience for attendees
- Support marketing and communications for event promotion
- Track performance, gather feedback, and identify ways to continuously elevate event quality
- Jump in where needed to support a high-performing, fast-moving team
What you bring to the job
You’re passionate about creating seamless, memorable experiences and you take pride in being the calm, organized backbone behind great events. You also have:
- Full fluency in French and English (spoken & written)
- 5+ years of event planning, coordination, or project management experience
- A background in hospitality, communications, marketing, or a related field
- Experience delivering in-person and virtual events
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
- A proactive, solutions-first mindset and ability to manage competing priorities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM/scheduling tools

Expected Compensation: up to $95,000.00 CAD annually with bonuses and perks
