Job Description and Responsibilities

Are you a dynamic talent acquisition professional with a passion for connecting top-tier talent to meaningful opportunities? In this role, you will take the lead in full-cycle recruitment for salaried positions, partnering with HR and business leaders to align hiring strategies with organizational goals. Your expertise will help us attract the best candidates in the market while driving hiring excellence in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact and reports directly to the Supervisor, Talent Acquisition.
  • Own full-cycle recruitment efforts, partnering with hiring managers and HR teams to develop tailored strategies and deliver exceptional hiring experiences
  • Design and implement innovative sourcing strategies, leveraging social media, industry networks, and professional partnerships to build a diverse, high-quality talent pipeline
  • Screen and present qualified candidates, manage the selection process, and coordinate seamless communication and interview scheduling
  • Advise and empower hiring managers through training on interviewing techniques and guidance for strategic, data-driven hiring decisions
  • Track recruitment performance, create insightful reports, and maintain meticulous records of requisitions, sourcing strategies, and candidate pipelines
  • Negotiate and extend offers to secure top talent while ensuring an efficient and organized recruitment process


Requirements
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in full-cycle recruitment, preferably within manufacturing or industrial environments
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field (preferred but not required)
  • Preferred: IT recruiting experience to bring an added edge to your talent acquisition expertise
  • Expertise in all facets of full lifecycle recruiting, including sourcing, networking, candidate assessment, job market trends, legal compliance, and relationship management
  • Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS software to streamline recruitment processes
  • Adept at building and fostering strong relationships at all organizational levels and with external candidates and stakeholders
  • Influential communicator with the ability to guide and advise internal stakeholders effectively
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • A proactive, customer-focused mindset with a positive, solution-oriented attitude
  • High attention to detail and discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information
  • Strong technical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Workday is a plus
