Meat Department Associate

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Meat Department Associate to join our team at Dawson City General Store Ltd.
Job Summary:The Meat Department Associate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and ensuring accurate inventory management.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide advice to customers on meat products and services
- Assist in the display and merchandising of meat products
- Greet customers and discuss their needs and preferences
- Prepare meat products for sale and ensure accurate pricing
- Operate a cash register and process transactions
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the meat department
- Restock shelves and maintain inventory levels
- Participate in visual merchandising and store displays
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle heavy loads
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
The Meat Department Associate will work in a non-smoking, clean environment with a fast-paced atmosphere.
