Job Summary

Brandt is seeking a skilled Bilingual Preventive Maintenance Service Writer to join our team in Regina. This role is responsible for providing Preventive Maintenance quotes and supporting the efficient fulfillment of our contractual business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Quote and set up Preventive Maintenance Agreements in our contracts management system
  • Administer Preventive Maintenance Agreements and track related information
  • Review, close, and invoice completed jobs
  • Coordinate services with customers and technicians
  • Update and maintain our pricing calculator tool
  • Handle incoming Preventive Maintenance call requests
  • Manage Prepaid agreements and utilize John Deere Link to monitor customer machines
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Experience in maintenance of construction equipment
  • Service delivery experience and knowledge of contracts management
  • Previous experience as a Service Writer is preferred
  • Strong communication skills, timeliness, and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask in a high-volume workload environment
  • Knowledge of MS Office software tools, including Excel, Word, Access, and Outlook
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and make informed decisions
  • Bilingual in English and French
