**Key Responsibilities**

  • Lead cross-functional projects teams to deploy new systems and solutions across our manufacturing sites.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process optimization and implement Lean methodology to reduce costs and improve logistics and supply chain functions.
  • Manage and guide a team of professionals to ensure the achievement of manufacturing capabilities and transform business processes.
  • Structure and develop project plans in collaboration with project management to ensure timely implementation and execution.
  • Collaborate with change management department to ensure smooth transition of processes.
  • Ensure governance and provide regular updates on project status, deadlines, costs, and established mandates.
  • Manage project budgets, control costs, and report financial status to senior management.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that could impact project delivery, supply chain operations, and cost-effectiveness.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in relevant fields with a strong background in project management, IT, and business processes.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a multicultural environment and travel occasionally.
