Job Title: Senior Corporate Security Executive

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Corporate Security Executive to join our team at Belcan Corporation. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our security efforts and ensuring the safety and security of our employees, assets, and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive security strategies and policies to protect our company's assets and interests
  • Provide leadership and direction to our security team, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to perform their duties effectively
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and mitigate potential security risks and threats
  • Manage and coordinate security initiatives and projects, including risk assessments, vulnerability testing, and incident response
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to ensure effective security solutions and services

Requirements:

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in security management, with a strong background in corporate security and risk management
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing effective security strategies and policies
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential security risks and threats

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.

Location:

This role is based in Toronto, ON, and requires regular travel to various locations within North America.
