Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Supervision
    • Supervise and manage a team of sales staff, including apprentices, sales associates, and design team members.
    • Assign tasks and duties to ensure efficient store operations.
  • Inventory Management
    • Order and manage merchandise inventory to meet customer demand.
    • Authorize returns and exchanges of merchandise.
  • Financial Management
    • Manage cash handling and oversee payroll administration.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare and analyze sales reports, merchandising reports, and personnel reports.
  • Store Operations
    • Establish and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
    • Oversee the maintenance of store fixtures and equipment.
  • Performance Management
    • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to staff.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role.
