Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Circle K. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Hiring and Training: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of retail staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and maintenance of merchandise, ensuring accurate inventory levels and minimizing stockouts.
- Customer Service: Foster a positive and welcoming store environment, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.
- Operations: Manage store operations, including scheduling, payroll, and maintaining a clean and safe store environment.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, inventory levels, and other key performance indicators to senior management.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience or equivalent.
- Language: English.
This is a permanent, full-time position with a 30-40 hour workweek. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
