Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Sales Representative to join our team. As a Technical Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, identifying new business opportunities, and providing expert technical support and guidance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and expand our customer base
  • Provide technical expertise and support to customers, including product training and technical assistance
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including key decision-makers and influencers
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to drive business growth and innovation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service
  • Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts and reports, and provide regular updates to management

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience in the construction or related industry
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Strong technical skills, with the ability to understand and communicate complex technical information
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
