Store Operations Assistant

As a valued member of our Circle K team, you will play a key role in ensuring the success of our stores. Your responsibilities will include assisting the Store Manager with overseeing store operations, hiring and supervising staff, and maintaining high standards of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing store operations, including hiring, supervising, and working with staff to accomplish daily tasks.
- Help maintain high standards of customer service and ensure a fast and friendly shopping experience for our customers.
- Assist with cash-handling and bookkeeping, as well as problem-solving and advocating for customers.
- Support the Store Manager in planning and organizing store activities, including merchandising and inventory management.
- Excellent customer service skills and a strong ability to communicate effectively with customers and staff.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on problem-solving and adaptability.
- Basic math skills and accuracy with cash handling and bookkeeping.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
