Assistant Manager

**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Circle K. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store runs smoothly and efficiently.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing store operations, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service.
- Help with hiring, training, and developing staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
- Assist with merchandising, including maintaining a visually appealing store environment and ensuring that products are properly displayed and stocked.
- Help with cash handling, bookkeeping, and other administrative tasks as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Work closely with the Store Manager to develop and implement strategies to drive sales and improve customer satisfaction.
**Requirements**
- 2+ years of experience in a retail management role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of success in managing staff, driving sales, and improving customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, customers, and vendors.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
