- Previous experience as a lead construction manager on projects between $7-$15 million is strongly desired.
- Skills
- Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, and delivery.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including cost management and risk assessment.
- Proficiency in project management software, including MS Project, Primavera, or similar tools.
