We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely and effective delivery of results.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Lead and coordinate project teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
- Monitor and report on project progress, making adjustments as necessary.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and budget requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients.
- Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- PMP or other relevant project management certification is a plus.
