About the Role

GNE Construction Ltd. is seeking a skilled and motivated Welder-Fitter Helper to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful completion of our projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loading and Unloading: Safely load and unload construction materials from vehicles and equipment.
  • Material Handling: Transport materials to and from construction sites, ensuring timely delivery and minimizing delays.
  • Assisting in Construction: Assist skilled tradespeople in aligning pipes during pipeline construction, and perform other tasks as required.
  • Site Safety: Direct traffic at or near construction sites, ensuring a safe working environment for all personnel.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Fast-Paced Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and multiple tasks to complete.
  • Physical Demands: Perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
  • Attention to Detail: Maintain attention to detail and ensure all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn new skills is essential.
