Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and self-driven Sales Representative to join our team at KMR Innovations Inc. as an Outside Sales and Account Representative. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a great team selling quality products and building our Contractor/Dealer network across North America.
Key Responsibilities:- Build and maintain a strong network of Contractors/Dealers across North America.
- Prospect and qualify new leads through cold calling and site visits.
- Develop and maintain a well-developed pipeline of sales opportunities.
- Service existing accounts and meet/exceed assigned sales targets.
- Organize daily work schedule and meet company mandated profit margins.
- Communicate customer and prospect product pain points to appropriate departments.
- Coordinate with team members and departments to optimize the sales effort.
- Suggest and recommend changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 5-10 years of sales experience with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
- Proven ability to manage customer relationships, preferably in the construction industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Highly self-motivated and strong negotiation/closing skills.
