Program Development Lead

At the CNIB Foundation, we are seeking a Program Lead to join our team in Halifax, Nova Scotia. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing programs that make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals who are blind or partially sighted.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $43,600 - $54,500 per year. You will work closely with our team to design, develop, and deliver programs that promote accessibility, inclusion, and equity for people with low vision.
The successful candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in program development and delivery or counselling in a peer support/group setting. They will also possess excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage volunteers, present information effectively, and demonstrate a strong commitment to diversity and accessibility.
