Customer Success Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team at Wisedocs AI. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for ensuring the success of our small to medium-sized business customers in the insurance, medical, and legal industries.
As a Customer Success Manager, you will work closely with our customers to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions to help them achieve their goals. You will also be responsible for onboarding new customers, providing training and support, and identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.

- Onboarding and Ongoing Customer Training
- Account Management
- Data Analysis
- Cross-functional Collaboration
- Customer Retention
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in the insurance industry or a related field
- Relevant education or certifications
- Experience with CRM and ticketing systems
- Working knowledge of medical documentation and terminology
- Prior experience in managing a diverse client group portfolio
