Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Accessibility Invigilator. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth administration of exams, maintaining test security, and providing excellent customer service to students.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer exams, including setting up spaces and equipment, and handling payments
  • Supervise writing of high-stakes and other exams, and report any issues of academic misconduct
  • Follow exam security and integrity protocols, including electronic monitoring equipment
  • Provide administrative support to Assessment Leads and Test Centre Clerks, including data entry and utilization of testing systems
  • Maintain confidentiality and test security of exam takers
  • Ensure a distraction-free test environment
  • Provide emotional support to students in a high-stress environment
  • Read/scribe for equity students
  • Participate in required training and follow-up for specialized exams

Requirements

  • Grade 12 or equivalent
  • Effective organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated valuing of diversity
