Key Responsibilities:

* Ensure customer satisfaction and provide a positive experience
* Advise and assist customers on product and design selection
* Provide information about Tile Town products
* Address customer complaints and provide solutions
* Maintain a professional and clean presentation of Tile Town products in the showroom

Requirements:

* Outgoing and self-motivated individual
* Exceptional customer service skills
* Good eye for colour and design
* Genuine enthusiasm for helping customers
* Ability to work in a team environment
* Previous retail experience is desirable but not essential
