At McCain Foods, we're seeking a talented Supply Chain Development Professional to join our team. As a key member of our North American Supply Chain organization, you'll contribute to our goals and objectives, supporting one primary function within Planning, Logistics, Customer Solutions, E2E Network Operations, or Supply Chain Excellence.

This role offers a unique opportunity to gain a broad understanding of supply chain processes and tools, including inventory management, capacity planning, demand/supply planning, warehouse management, transportation planning, customer relationship management, and analytics.

As a Supply Chain Development Professional, you'll work closely with our team to develop and broaden your supply chain skills, focusing on daily/weekly/monthly processes and improvement projects. You'll also have the opportunity to work on key development activities to grow business acumen, leadership capabilities, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication skills.

Our ideal candidate is a student pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline, with great analytical skills and the ability to work with complex data. What You Need to Be Successful:

  • Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated
  • Ability to investigate complex issues, problem solve, and conduct root cause analysis
  • Effectively communicates and builds relationships in a dynamic environment
  • High proficiency in tools used for data analysis, such as Excel
