**Director of Manufacturing**

We are seeking a highly experienced Manufacturing Plant Director to lead our Brampton facility. As a senior member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive business results, including:

  • Safety and Quality: ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and maintaining a safe working environment
  • Production Efficiency: improving productivity and reducing waste through process enhancements
  • Supply Chain Management: optimizing supply chain operations to reduce costs and improve efficiency
  • Maintenance Planning: scheduling maintenance activities to minimize downtime
  • Logistics Coordination: ensuring timely delivery of products

You will analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement process improvements to drive business results. A strong understanding of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies is essential for success in this role.

**Requirements**

  • A minimum of five years of leadership experience in manufacturing, plant management, or operations
  • A bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Operations Management, or equivalent experience
