As the Plant Manager, you will oversee all aspects of manufacturing operations, including: Safety, Quality, Production, Supply Chain, Maintenance, Logistics and Employee Engagement

- Champion Safety: Prioritize the well-being of all employees by ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
- Optimize Operations: Drive improvements by managing key performance indicators (KPIs), enhancing processes, and achieving cost efficiencies.
- Empower Teams: Cultivate a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement, leading and developing your teams to achieve greatness.
- Ensure Quality: Oversee quality management to guarantee compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Accelerate Growth: Collaborate with HR, Sales, Product Development, and other departments to drive strategic initiatives that maximize efficiency and profitability.
What You Bring to the Table:
- A minimum of five years of leadership experience in manufacturing, plant management, or operations.
- A bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Operations Management, or equivalent experience
- A strong understanding of plant safety, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
