About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Hotel Cashier to join our team at Dockside Inn Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate the Front Desk Cash Register and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Manage Cash, Cheques, and Credit/Debit Card Payments and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service and greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Stock Shelves and Clean the Counter Area to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Assist with Reservations and Take-Out Orders and provide accurate information to guests.
  • Work Collaboratively with the Front Desk Team to ensure seamless guest service.
  • Meet Sales and Customer Service Goals and contribute to the overall success of the hotel.
Requirements
  • Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate and a strong desire to learn and grow with our team.
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment and maintain a high level of productivity.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Availability to Work a Variety of Shifts including mornings, afternoons, and evenings.
