Job Title: Water Technician

At ServiceMaster Restore, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Water Technician to join our team. As a Water Technician, you will play a critical role in restoring properties affected by water damage, mold, and other disasters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to emergency calls and assess damage to properties
  • Develop and implement restoration plans to minimize damage and ensure safe working conditions
  • Work with technicians to execute restoration plans and ensure quality workmanship
  • Communicate with clients and stakeholders to provide updates and ensure satisfaction
  • Conduct safety inspections and ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety Codes and company policies
  • Document all work, including photographs and videos, to support insurance claims and quality control
  • Maintain accurate records and submit reports to management
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry best practices
Requirements:
  • 1+ year of experience in disaster restoration, linked to fire/water loss or related
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid G driver's license
  • IICRC certifications an asset

  • Competitive salary: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
  • Full-time schedule with on-call shifts
