We are seeking a highly skilled Senior CRM Solutions Architect to join our team at EQ Bank | Equitable Bank. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing Dynamics 365 CRM solutions that meet business objectives and requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement Dynamics 365 CRM applications and solutions using Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, Dynamics 365, and SharePoint Online.
- Document and present high-level architecture and components of business solutions that meet business objectives and requirements identified by sponsors.
- Design, implement, and maintain key components of solutions that leverage various Dynamics 365 services, supporting cross-functional Pod collaboration to create acceptance criteria and testing artefacts.
- Support ad-hoc business and technical analysis requests to support main activities, such as API data maps.
- Participate in daily stand-ups and project velocity reporting as required.
- Work with the Quality Assurance team to provide input into test strategy, test scenarios, test data requirements, and user validation.
- Effectively communicate changes to requirements to delivery leads, project managers, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct training sessions and recommend best practices for end-users to maximize their understanding and use of Power Platform Suite.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in delivering technology projects in a technical role participating on full lifecycle project implementations.
- Experience working in a highly collaborative and customer-centric environment.
- Experience building CRM solutions.
- Understanding of agile Software Development Life Cycle concepts.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service) developing workflows, process flows, actions, and views, customizations, defining users and permissions, configuration, and writing scripts.
- Data migration using various tools e.g. xrmtoolbox, kingswaysoft.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and/or JQuery for coding.
The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
