Part Time Sales Lead

Rôle : Gestionnaire de Ventes
Nous sommes à la recherche d'une personne passionnée et motivée pour rejoindre notre équipe de gestionnaires de ventes comme Gestionnaire de Ventes à Temps Partiel. Dans ce rôle, vous serez responsable de la gestion des opérations du magasin, de la formation des associés et de l'atteinte des objectifs de vente et des normes de rendement.
Compétences requises :
- Expérience préalable dans la vente au détail
- Capacité à travailler en équipe et à communiquer efficacement
- Capacité à gérer le temps et à prioriser les tâches
- Connaissance des principes de vente et de marketing
- Capacité à apprendre et à s'adapter rapidement
Responsabilités :
- Gérer les opérations du magasin, y compris la gestion des stocks, la facturation et la gestion des finances
- Former et développer les associés pour les aider à atteindre leurs objectifs de vente
- Atteindre les objectifs de vente et les normes de rendement du magasin et des employés
- Superviser et gérer les aspects des opérations quotidiennes du magasin
- Effectuer toutes les formations requises pour atteindre le poste de chef d'équipe
