Kitchen Assistant

We are seeking a skilled Kitchen Assistant to join our team at Sushifang INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods, as well as training staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
- Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food
- Clean kitchen and work areas
- Organize buffets and banquets
- Manage kitchen operations
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience
- No degree, certificate, or diploma required
- Excellent oral communication skills
- Flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
The successful candidate will work in a restaurant setting, with a focus on preparing and cooking a variety of dishes, including sushi, Japanese cuisine, and Thai food.
