Mining/Geotechnical/Geological/Civil Engineering Student

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Engineering Student to join our team at Imperial. As an Engineering Student, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and gain hands-on experience in the field of mining, geotechnical, geological, and civil engineering.
Your primary responsibilities will include assisting engineering staff with mine planning and design, mine technology, data analytics, and other mine performance improvement projects. You will also have the opportunity to work on tailings planning, fluid tailings management, fines treatment, and tailings modeling/mass balance.
About YouTo be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong academic background in mining, civil, geotechnical, geological, or a similar engineering undergraduate university program. You will also need to be able to work independently and as part of a team, with minimal supervision.
Preferred qualifications include the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and a strong attention to detail.
