We are seeking a skilled Cook to join our Catering team at Carleton University. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking food to meet the high standards of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook food according to recipes and dietary requirements
- Take culinary lead on the floor and ensure consistent quality and presentation of food
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a safe and healthy work environment
- Assist with inventory management, waste control, and food safety measures
- Perform other job duties as required
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Cook who is passionate about delivering high-quality food and excellent customer service. You will have a strong understanding of food preparation and cooking methods, as well as knowledge of food safety and health standards.
