Rapid Healthcare Inc is seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeping Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing cheques for payroll, and reconciling accounts.

The ideal candidate will have a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in bookkeeping. You will be organized, client-focused, and proficient in manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Calculating and preparing cheques for payroll
  • Calculating fixed assets and depreciation
  • Maintaining general ledgers and financial statements
  • Posting journal entries
  • Preparing other statistical, financial and accounting reports
  • Preparing trial balance of books
  • Reconciling accounts

We offer a permanent position with 30 to 35 hours of work per week and a Language of work: English.
