About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Attendant to join our team at Great 2 For 1 Pizza. As a key member of our dining room staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately.
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation
    • Maintain a clean and sanitary environment in the dining area, kitchen, and restrooms.
    • Ensure that all equipment and utensils are clean and in good working order.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Ensure that all customer needs are met and that they have a positive dining experience.
  • Teamwork and Communication
    • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve common goals and objectives.
    • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Physical Demands
    • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Personal Qualities
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
