We are seeking a skilled excavation operator to join our team at Kieswetter Excavating Inc. in the Waterloo Region.

Key Responsibilities

As an excavation operator, your primary duties will include inspecting and maintaining equipment daily, complying with our Company Safety Program, and communicating any discrepancies or issues with equipment or unsafe conditions.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • A valid driver's license is required for this role.
  • Prior experience in construction, manufacturing, or outdoor environments is beneficial.
  • You should possess knowledge of grades, levels, and trenching.
  • Regular attendance and overtime at assigned job sites are expected.

Work Schedule and Location

The position requires Monday-to-Friday work hours with potential for overtime, weekend availability, and up to 10-14 hours per day. Our main work location is in the Waterloo Region, with occasional travel in Southern Ontario.

We estimate the annual salary for this role to be around $65,000 - $85,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
