Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead sewer and watermain projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and meeting quality standards.
  • Supervise work crews, ensuring strict compliance with project specifications and deadlines.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for project managers and estimators, addressing deficiencies and resolving issues.
  • Conduct on-site inspections to uphold quality control and enforce safety regulations.
  • Provide leadership by mentoring team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sewer and watermain construction, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership position.
  • Detailed understanding of construction practices, methods, and safety protocols.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to effectively communicate and motivate diverse teams.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, project plans, and specifications.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail to manage challenges.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
