Job Description
We are seeking an academic management lecturer to teach in our winter 2025 session. The ideal candidate will have a university certificate or diploma with an option or concentration in management. They must also have teaching experience in the discipline for a full session within the last five years and have worked in a related field for at least two years. A professional command of English and French is required for this position.

The lecturer will be responsible for designing and delivering course sessions, assessing students, and advising them on their academic progress. They may also contribute to research in their field of expertise. The skills and concepts taught include accounting, management, statistics, human resources, business law, and transportation law. The lecturer will work closely with international students and team members to ensure a positive learning experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must hold a valid Canadian work permit and possess a university certificate or diploma with an option or concentration in management. You should also have teaching experience in the discipline for a full session within the last five years and have worked in a related field for at least two years. A professional command of English and French is required.

Responsibilities and Requirements
- Plan class sessions;
- Deliver sessions in a dynamic, efficient, and structured manner;
- Design formative and summative assessments using the competency-based approach;
- Administer and correct assessments;
- Monitor each student and encourage success;
- Be available to students to promote their development of the targeted skill;
- All other related tasks;

- You must be legally entitled to work in Canada;
- Hold a university certificate or diploma, with an option or concentration in the discipline concerned;
- Have taught or have teaching experience in the discipline for a full session within the last five (5) years;
- Have worked in a trade or profession related to the discipline or course for at least two (2) years;
