We are seeking an experienced Advanced AI and Machine Learning Engineer to join our innovative development team at Zenduit Inc.

The successful candidate will design, develop, and implement advanced AI and machine learning solutions that enhance our telematics and SaaS products. You will work across the entire product lifecycle, from conceptualization through production, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that exceed customer expectations.

About the Role:

  • Owning and developing key product areas, driving them from concept to deployment while aligning with our relentless focus on the customer.
  • Full-stack development, working across the backend, frontend, and customizing Large Language Models (LLMs) to meet product requirements.
  • Rapid experimentation to engage customers, embodying speed with purpose and results that matter.
  • Product lifecycle management, ensuring seamless integration and functionality across the entire product lifecycle.
  • Generative AI model development, designing, developing, and implementing Generative AI models using Python and open-source libraries.
  • System integration, collaborating with engineers to integrate Generative AI models into existing telematics and SaaS systems.
  • Data preparation, cleaning, preprocessing, and analyzing large datasets to prepare them for Generative AI training.
  • Model optimization, experimenting with different Generative AI techniques and architectures to optimize model performance.
  • Performance evaluation, evaluating and validating the effectiveness of Generative AI models using appropriate metrics.
  • Documentation, documenting your work clearly and concisely for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Staying updated, keeping abreast of the latest advancements in Generative AI research and development.
  • Collaborative problem-solving, working closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, data scientists, and software engineers.
  • Customer engagement, engaging with customers to understand their needs and tailor AI solutions that deliver maximum value.

  • Development of advanced AI models, successfully designing and implementing Generative AI models that enhance our telematics and SaaS products.
  • Integration of AI solutions, seamlessly integrating AI models into existing systems, ensuring high performance and reliability.
  • Optimization of model performance, optimizing AI models for efficiency and effectiveness, reducing latency and resource consumption.
  • Innovation and experimentation, experimenting with new AI techniques and technologies to keep our products at the forefront of the industry.
  • Data management, developing robust data pipelines for preprocessing and managing large datasets.
  • Documentation and knowledge sharing, producing clear and comprehensive documentation for all AI models and systems.
  • Customer satisfaction, delivering AI solutions that exceed customer expectations, enhancing user experience and satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of experience in data science with a strong focus on Python.
  • 3+ years of model training, deployment, and maintenance in a production environment.
  • Proven experience developing and implementing Generative AI models.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience. The estimated salary is based on national averages for similar positions in the United States.
