We are seeking a skilled and friendly Server to join our team at Kylin Restaurant and Buffet. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, taking orders, and serving food and beverages to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:- Take orders and serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that guests have a positive dining experience.
- Manage cash and credit transactions, balancing cash and recording sales.
- Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs, maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tables and orders simultaneously.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods, and handling heavy loads.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a positive and professional attitude.
- Previous experience in the food and beverage industry, preferably in a server role.
- Knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
