Job Title: Server - Food and Beverage Services

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Server to join our team at Kylin Restaurant and Buffet. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, taking orders, and serving food and beverages to our guests.

Responsibilities:
  • Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff
  • Serve food and beverages
  • Provide customer service
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Prepare and serve specialty food at customers' tables
  • Present bills to customers and accept payment
  • Describe menu items and make recommendations
  • Balance cash and record sales
  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs
  • Greet patrons and present menus
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience an asset
  • Must be of legal age to mix and serve alcoholic beverages
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods
Work Environment:

Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment where you will be working with a team to provide excellent customer service. You will be required to stand for extended periods and handle heavy loads.
