Distribution Center Operations Specialist

Lantheus is a leading medical imaging company headquartered in Bedford, Massachusetts with offices in New Jersey, Canada, and Sweden. As a Distribution Center Clerk, you will play a vital role in our supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the implementation of changes to increase productivity efficiency and accuracy.
  • Handle radioactive and pharmaceutical products in accordance with Canadian regulations.
  • Ensure timely compliance with Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Promote compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate delivery deadlines and product movement on the dock.
  • Manage distribution center inventory and submit reports.
  • Foster a positive work environment and encourage effective communication.
  • Examine and resolve operational problems.
  • Maintain proper storage conditions and adhere to security procedures.
  • Contribute to projects and audits.
  • Adhere to safe work practices and may work overtime.
  • Actively participate in putting Lantheus values into practice.

Requirements:

  • Five years of experience in a supervisory role and warehouse logistics management in a highly regulated environment.
  • Bilingualism.
  • Strong communication skills and experience in an autonomous position.
  • Excellent organizational skills and proven leadership.
  • Multi-tasking experience and ability to prioritize customer needs.
  • Life truck license.
  • Knowledge of GMP and asset management.
  • Transport certification for dangerous goods.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to lift loads up to 23kg.
