Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Architectural Cladding Specialist to join our team in Edmonton. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the installation of various architectural metal roofing products, ensuring high-quality results and meeting our clients' expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install metal roof systems, including standing seam and screw-fastened systems.
  • Apply air and vapor barriers, such as peel-and-stick membranes and torch-on roof membranes.
  • Install insulation and roof and wall cladding retro-fit assemblies.
  • Repair or replace standing seam metal roofs and conventional metal roofing and liner assemblies.
  • Install sheet metal flashings and pre-insulated metal foam panel systems.
  • Install composite panel systems, including aluminum composite material, plate aluminum, fiber cement, and phenolic wood core panel systems.
  • Install and repair metal roofs using hand and power tools.
  • Install custom architectural roofing products, such as sunshades and architectural louvers.
  • Apply primers, sub-grits, flashing, and caulking associated with the above-noted architectural products.
  • Maintain a clean construction site and a daily log of tasks and hazard assessment cards.
  • Represent Clark Builders in a professional and respectful manner.
  • Adhere to Clark Builders' policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience with the installation of Architectural Cladding products.
  • Valid first aid certificate an asset.
  • Valid ESC Fall Protection, CSTS 2020, and WHMIS 2015 is an asset.
