As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for the installation of various architectural metal roofing products, including metal roof systems, air and vapor barriers, and insulation.

Responsibilities:

* Install metal roof systems, including standing seam and screw fastened systems
* Install air and vapor barriers, including peel and stick membranes and torch on roof membranes
* Install insulation and roof and wall cladding retro-fit assemblies
* Install, repair or replace standing seam metal roofs
* Install conventional metal roofing and liner assemblies
* Install sheet metal flashings
* Install pre-insulated metal foam panel systems
* Install composite panel systems, including aluminum composite material, plate aluminum, fiber cement and phenolic wood core panel systems
* Install and repair metal roofs using hand and power tools
* Install custom architectural roofing products, including sunshades and architectural louvers
* Install primers, sub grits, flashing and caulking associated with the above noted architectural products
* Maintain a clean construction site
* Maintain a daily log of tasks and hazard assessment cards
* Represent Clark Builders in a professional and respectful manner

Requirements:

* Minimum 3 years experience with the installation of Architectural Cladding products
* Valid first aid certificate an asset
* Valid ESC Fall Protection, CSTS 2020 and WHMIS 2015 is an asset
