Logistics Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Warehouseperson to join our team at Brandt. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate management of inventory in our warehouse environment.

• Inventory Control: Work closely with the parts department and customer service staff to achieve fill rate goals and maintain accurate inventory levels.
• Pick and Pack Operations: Select and package parts as per issued pick lists, and complete required documentation to ship orders within set guidelines.
• Warehouse Maintenance: Perform tasks as requested by the manager, including locating inventory, entering information into the ERP system, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
• Loading and Inspection: Load trucks with finished goods and inspect outgoing shipments for damage during the loading process.
• Inventory Management: Count inventory as required and maintain accurate records.

• Communication and Attendance: Possess good positive communication skills and maintain good attendance.
• Physical Demands: Be physically fit to manually handle all goods, steel, and products as required, and able to lift up to 50 pounds.

• Operational Experience: Have experience operating forklifts and related equipment safely and efficiently.
• Adverse Conditions: Be able to perform work-related duties outside in a safe and competent manner in adverse conditions (extreme heat/cold, icy/slippery conditions).
