Key Responsibilities- Warehouse Management: Assist in the organization and maintenance of warehouse spaces, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.
- Inventory Control: Monitor and track inventory levels, identifying and reporting any discrepancies or issues.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Logistics Coordination: Assist in the coordination of shipments, including tracking and verifying delivery information.
- Radio Operations: Operate radio equipment to communicate with vehicle operators and crews, ensuring seamless coordination of activities.
- Information Processing: Process and transmit information and instructions to coordinate the activities of vehicle operators and crews using dispatching equipment.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
- Work Setting: Ability to work in a rural, urban, or various locations, including construction, retail business, transportation, and warehouse settings.
