About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented House Manager to join our team at Mel's Flowers. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day management of our residential properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Property Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of our properties, including scheduling repairs and coordinating with contractors as needed.
  • Tenant Relations: Build strong relationships with our tenants, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Financial Management: Manage the financial aspects of our properties, including rent collection, expense tracking, and budgeting.
  • Compliance: Ensure that all properties are in compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including health and safety standards.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years
  • Language: English
  • Work Term: Temporary
  • Hours: 40 hours per week
