We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Family Law Lawyer to join our team at Ignite Talent Solutions. As a Family Law Lawyer, you will be responsible for providing expert legal advice and representation to clients in family law matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide legal advice and representation to clients in family law matters, including contested divorces, custody and access disputes, child and spousal support, and property and equalization of net family property.
  2. Conduct research and analysis to stay up-to-date on changes in family law legislation and case law.
  3. Develop and implement effective strategies to resolve family law disputes.
  4. Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless case management.
  5. Collaborate with senior lawyers and other team members to achieve business objectives.
  6. Stay organized and manage multiple cases simultaneously to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a law firm dealing with family law matters.
  2. Excellent knowledge and understanding of family law legislation and case law.
  3. Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  6. Member of the Ontario Bar in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.
